Sheraton Framingham Hotel & Conference Center

I attended a seminar brunch and everything was excellent. Piping hot Starbucks coffee was available throughout the event, the buffet was piping hot and delicious. The fresh fruit and other cold items was kept nicely chilled with the staff constantly on top of refilling as needed as well as clearing finished plates on the tables regularly. The building itself has a castle feel which was charming, with updated furnishings throughout the interior.

Very updated hotel compares the previous Sheraton. Really enjoyed the stay.

Excellent customer service at the front desk! Rooms are cleaned and comfortable beds. Breakfast is good and service as well, (it is not the same on Mondays but it is not bad) I recommend this hotel absolutely. I wish to come back with my family soon.

Hotel is going thru a renovation so my rating is based on my stay specifically. Loved the initial walk up with the look of the hotel resembling a castle like building. Downstairs was amazing and check in went smooth. The hotel was going thru a renovation so the moment I got out of the elevator to go to the room I definitely noticed everything from the hallways and rooms needed an overhaul. Everything from the bathroom to the floors, window shades, aswell as the tvs needed a refresh…Wasn’t to happy with this stay but I only stayed one day. Hope to come back after things improve a a bit.

Hotel staff was the main reason for this score. Was there for a conference and the staff handled us with ease. From essy check in and check out to any requests we had, they did it with a smile. They are doing minor renovations but even with that there was almost no interruption from the hat and needed to do. They are doing rooms were clean and spacious. It did take a while for the shower to get hot on the first day but after that it was all good. Spent some time at the bar in the lobby and the bartenders were elite! From the beer recommendations to the conversation they really kept it light! There's a Starbucks in the hotel which is very convenient but the person did call out one morning so we couldn't enjoy it. Even with that I still give 5 stars because the front desk staff was on it! Forgot to mention that the hotel looks like a castle so if you are lost look for that

Our room was huge. Beds were comfortable, easy chairs as well. Bathroom was small, but everything was clean and working. The bar and restaurant was understaffed for the large group staying there, but the staff was friendly and worked hard to meet demand. The food was tasty.

Our company recently held a Sales Kickoff (SKO) at the Sheraton Framingham Hotel & Conference Center, and overall, it was a great experience. The event space was well-suited for our needs, providing a comfortable and professional setting. The in-house catering was solid, with good food that kept everyone satisfied throughout the event. The breakfast buffet stood out, offering a nice variety of selections to start the day off right. Would definitely recommend this venue for corporate events or conferences!

Really great place! Its a Fairfield Inn now and the room was huge and comfortable. There were lots of USB and power outlets accessible, which is handy with todays technology needs. The free breakfast was fantastic! Fresh eggs and sausage as well as the normal staples like cereal, toast and bagels. The coffee was good and hot and they had juices as well.
